Terms of Service Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of the Kelas Maya by Aceture Network (SSM Reg No: 201903195965) website and services (collectively referred to as the “Website” and “Services”). By registering and making payment, you (“you” or “user”) agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services Description

• 1.1. Kelas Maya provides an eLearning platform designed for primary students to prepare for examinations, offering access to a Learning Management System (LMS) and Kelas Maya AI system.

• 1.2. Additional features and tools may be added to enhance the educational experience. These features are also governed by this Agreement.

2. Account Access

• 2.1. Upon registration and payment, accounts are automatically created for users who will receive login credentials to access courses.

• 2.2. Users are responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share access to the portal.

3. User Obligations

• 3.1. Users must not misuse the service, violate any applicable laws, or engage in disruptive behavior.

• 3.2. The Kelas Maya AI system and other resources are strictly for the registered user’s personal use and must not be shared.

• 3.3. Users must comply with all Kelas Maya rules, guidelines, and policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• 4.1. All content on the Website, including course materials, is owned by Kelas Maya or its licensors.

• 4.2. User-generated content, such as assignments, may be used by Kelas Maya for marketing purposes, research, and educational enhancement, while ensuring user anonymity.

5. Limitation of Liability

• 5.1. Kelas Maya is not liable for losses, damages, or liabilities from the use of the Website or Services, including direct or indirect damages.

• 5.2. The Website and Services are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.

6. Termination Clauses

• 6.1. Kelas Maya may terminate user accounts at its discretion for misuse or violations of this Agreement.

• 6.2. Account termination may occur without prior notice, and no refunds will be provided.

7. Dispute Resolution

• 7.1. Disputes should first be addressed informally via customer service.

8. Governing Law

• 8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

9. Changes to Terms

• 9.1. Terms may be changed at any time without prior notice, effective immediately upon posting on the Website.

10. Special Considerations

• 10.1. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

• 10.2. Data may be used for academic research, ensuring all user data is anonymized.

• 10.3. We reserve the right to modify class schedules as necessary, including but not limited to changes due to upcoming examinations, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to notify affected users promptly of any changes.

11. Continuity of Service

• 11.1. Kelas Maya is committed to ensuring service continuity. However, under unforeseen circumstances that prevent the delivery of live classes, users will receive access to equivalent archived courses or previously recorded live classes.

• 11.2. In the event of unexpected disruptions to the business operations, users will maintain access to the portal, but live classes may be substituted with recorded content.
